In case we haven't caught you up lately, Bruce has been in Louisiana pretty much all summer. Leaves most Sundays at 3pm, and gets home on Friday about 6pm. He's home less than 48 hours and then off he goes again. The region needs help down in Thibodaux/Baton Rouge/New Orleans, and it's his job right now to go where needed. At least I do get to see him on weekends, but of course I'd still rather have him here all week long!
The local Schwan's depot became available this past week, so the district manager has appointed him manager of Jonesboro for the time being. No more trips to Louisiana until further notice!
"Yay" for Bruce! "Boo" for the previous manager... we love him dearly and wish him the best of luck in his business pursuits!
Bruce will be applying for the permanent local manager position. It came at a time when Bruce could have had a little more training and experience, but maybe this was just God's timing. Hopefully everything will work out, he'll get the job, and we can stay here! We'll know something in about a month, when the bidding should end! =o)

I'm so glad for you that he's back. I hate it when Chuck's gone. I'll definitely pray for you guys that he gets the job in Jonesboro. We'd hate to lose ya'll!
