Andrea's restaurant review - ha!!!

This is just a sampling of places because if you know us at all, we like to eat out!!! We've been to Bahama Breeze. I think it might have been better on a better night. Bruce didn't feel good at all that night and Ashtyn was a little wired. We'll probably try it again some time when we're in the mood for something off the beaten path (unique foods to say the least). Logan's Roadhouse was ok, but we'd rather have Colton's. No real reason to return. We had Eat Well Sushi and Grill a long time ago. I'm not sure why we haven't been back as I think it was pretty good. Guess maybe not over the top good. Jimmy John's is a great little sub-shop (chain). And of course Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken. It was good, but take your patience. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but they misplaced our order on top of the lack of any southern hospitality. They put too much into their "name" or "reputation". Abuelo's Mexican Embassy is good. Upper priced Mexican, maybe somewhat like El Chico. We've been a couple of times to Buffalo Wild Wings because it is awesome! Great wings, sports bar feel but still kid friendly, plus trivia games to play right from the table. My kind of place!!! OK... enough of that....

Tonight, we tried Texas Roadhouse, and it was really pretty good. Customer service is over the top! Food is great. Yes, maybe a little pricey (11oz Sirloin at $11.99 but with two sides and rolls), so I'd say it's totally worth it when you want a good steak with great service. We'll definitely be back. Ashtyn loved it too. She ate a good part of my steak, loved the peanuts, but most of all....she loved the "PRINCESS" sign above us!
