Today has been full of blessings, and it's only noon!!

We went to visit Faith Baptist for the first time today, and boy did God have a blessing in store for us. We had no clue that this is Clay Crosse's home church so it was pretty exciting to hear him provide the special music today.

On top of that, they are having a special two day (three part) program entitled Answers in Genesis as given by Ken Ham. A native Austrailan, now residing near Cincinatti, Ham is the author of Answers in Genesis and spreads the word on how to deal with questions on the authority of the Bible over carbon-dating, dinosaurs, Noah's arc, evolution theories, and bringing up our children not only to know the truth but how to effectively argue the truth so they aren't lost by questioning the teachings of school (science vs the Bible). There is much more to his teachings so I've only mentioned the tip of what he talked about today. He is the president/CEO and founder of the Creation Museum as well.

This was the first time I've ever heard of him, but I plan on buying his book and following his studies. He showed us even more the destructive path our nation is headed by not standing up for the Bible and it's teachings in creation. How this country is no longer a country of religious freedoms as it was intended, but becoming a nation free of religion. Genesis is becoming more and more about "stories" and less about the one real truth. I could go on and on, so I just encourage you to look up information about him. As for our family, we hope to make a trip to the Creation Museum sometime in the near future!!!

And a third blessing, Ashtyn was able to wear the dress made just for her by her very own Grammi!!! She loved it!!!
