Our Memorial Day Sunday...

I've lost it. I'm exhausted so I really can't figure out WHY in the world I'm BLOGGING!!!! I guess I've been so busy the last few days that it's just natural to set down and get to work in some capacity.

Today started with Sunday morning worship plus Lord's Supper Service at Faith Baptist. Then a trip to El Porton for fajitas for three! YUM!!

Next, a trip to Home Depot which always means work. This trip started our privacy fence. We've always been the weekend-warrier, do-it-yourself kind of people. But this has GOT to stop one of these days! =)

Ashtyn was our "Measure Girl" for the afternoon. In between playing on her swingset and running through the sprinklers, she'd take time out to help her parents make sure the holes were dug deep enough.

I'm a little bummed as were supposed to go to a Redbirds ballgame but Bruce really had his heart set on getting this started.... My biggest question of the day... why do I put on SFP 50 and end up kinda red in areas, and Ashtyn has on the same SFP 50 but TURNS A SHADE OR TWO DARKER BROWN?!?!?! This child tans like no one could believe!!

Baths have been taken, Ashtyn has crashed, and we're just waiting for the chicken "sghetti" to get done. Hope the rest of you had a more restful day!!!
